- Enter your card number and its expiry date.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Enter the one-time activation code sent to you via SMS.
- Set up user name and password.

E-statements
Now you can access your monthly account and card statements via Citibank Online in the “Products and Services” section.
We will notify you via e-mail when your new statement is ready. Therefore, always make sure that we have your up-to-date e-mail address!
Debit card linkage
If you have a Citi Handlowy personal account you can pay for your purchases abroad in EUR, USD or GBP with no currency conversion costs. All you have to do is to open a currency account in Citibank Online and link your debit card to your eligible account. You can pay in EUR, GBP or USD abroad and in PLN in Poland using the same card. Online credit card repayment
If you have a Citi Handlowy account and credit card, you can view your both accounts using Citibank Online. You can also quickly pay off your credit card balance. Simply click “Repay my credit card”, choose the right account and confirm. Your available credit limit will be updated automatically after clicking it.
Settings and limits update
After you log on to Citibank Online, you can change your account settings. Set up your limit for transactions made at merchants, online transactions and ATM withdrawals to match it to your individual needs. Log on and check your settings in “Products and Services”.
Contact details update
In Citibank Online you can quickly and easily update your mailing address, e-mail or phone number.
You can also use Citibank Online to let us know that you want to receive our discount newsletter available exclusively to Citi Handlowy credit card holders.
Please remember that whenever your contact details change, you can use this simple option instead of going to our branch.
