Download the free of charge app on your phone and stay on top of your finances. With Citi Mobile®, you can view your account balance and transaction history whenever you want. You only need the Citi Mobile® app on your smartphone.
Snapshot
Activate the Citi Mobile® Snapshot, service thanks to which you do not have to be logged in the system to check your Credit Card or Personal and Saving Account balance with their last 15 transactions. If you are using an Apple iPhone 5s or newer, you may use the Touch ID® service which after recognising characteristic fingerprint points allows you to view all accounts and gives you access to the full account history. As easy as this!
Account balance
Just sign on to Citi Mobile® to instantly view all your accounts. Balance information is refreshed after each transaction, so you always remain on top of your finances.
In the application you may activate the Citi Mobile® Snapshot service thanks to which you do not have to be logged in the system to check the balance in your personal or savings accounts and credit cards with their last 15 transactions.
Account record
Sign on to Citi Mobile® and click a selected account or credit card number. After a moment you will see a record of your activities: transfers, purchases, withdrawals or standing orders. By clicking on a selected transaction you will see its full description, and in the case of foreign exchange transactions, also the rate of exchange. Transparent and clear.
