Starting on October 4 we can enjoy the Jagiellonian University Museum's exhibition "The World of the Senses" at the Raciborz Museum. This is the next stop of a mobile and interactive exhibition dedicated to the functioning of the human senses. The exhibition was made possible thanks to the support of The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation at Citi Handlowy
The aim of the exhibition is to familiarize viewers with the anatomical, physiological, and physical basis of the functioning of our sensory organs. The exhibition is interactive and includes some 60 experiments which help visitors to learn on their own how sight, hearing, smell, and touch work.
This exhibition of the Jagiellonian University Museum enables us to gain knowledge about the human senses in an accessible way. It is interactive, which means that the subject is presented with the help of experiments conducted independently by viewers (in a hands-on manner) - says Krzysztof Kaczmar, President of The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation. The interactive exhibition "The World of the Senses" was opened at the Jagiellonian University Museum on September 30, 2005 and was the second interactive exhibition at the JU Museum. Thus far the exhibition has been held in Gdańsk, Uppsala, Dębica, and Sandomierz, and has been visited by over 140,000 people.

Operating since 1996, The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation supports public benefit activities on behalf of the Bank in areas such as financial education, protection of cultural heritage, employee volunteering, and community development. The activities it carries out encompass a wide range of financial education programs addressed to different age groups, from children to middle school and high school students and on to adults, financially excluded individuals, and seniors. Moreover, for the past 6 years, the foundation has conducted an annual cycle of surveys on "Attitudes of Poles towards Saving", which enables a comprehensive profile to be developed of the average Pole with regard to financial questions. The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation is also the coordinator of the largest and most professional employee volunteering program in Poland. In addition, it carries out activities promoting Polish cultural heritage protection, including the awarding of the annual Aleksander Gieysztor Award.
