Towards the end of 2011, The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation launched Volunteering Seniors, a program for retired employees of Citi Handlowy. The idea behind the project is to provide seniors with opportunities for being active members of community while sharing their life and professional experience. Like Citi Handlowy's current employees, seniors are also supplied with inspiring, profiled volunteering opportunities which they can pursue individually. They are also invited to join projects organized by the bank's employees - most notably Citi Global Community Day or Santa's Assistants campaign. Currently there are 32 lady volunteers registered in the Volunteering Seniors program.
