Our Citigold clients traveling by plane can relax before their flight at the exclusive surroundings of executive lounges at some of Poland’s largest airports (Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław and Katowice). The service is available with the Citigold Lounge Pass – its holder can enjoy 2 free entries to the executive lounge (2 entries for the pass holder or 1 entry for the pass holder and their accompanying person). Any subsequent visits at the lounges or visits of clients with a lower balance than required are payable as per the applicable Table of Fees and Commissions: Accounts and Credit Line for Individual Clients.
Citigold Lounge Pass is available after you log into Citibank® Online in the My Finances section, just below the list of your products. The electronic card is always at hand, it can’t be lost, and its expiry date is updated in the system on an ongoing basis. All you need to do to be identified by an employee of the airport lounge is to display your electronic card on your smartphone. If you don't want to log into your account at the airport, you can take a photo (screenshot) of the electronic card or print it out from Citibank® Online. If you have a plastic card, you need to present it at the entrance to the airport lounge.
The card is available to the clients who have a Citigold or Citigold Private Client account and maintain an average monthly balance of at least PLN 300,000 and who do not hold the World Elite™ Debit Mastercard® debit card.
