You can find a list of purposes in the document Additional information about mortgage product. If you need additional funds for the renovation/finishing of your property, you can apply for them at the same time as for a loan for the purchase of a real estate.

The interest rate will be reduced after the Bank receives the notification from the Court about the mortgage entry in the Land and Mortgage Register and its validation. The change will take place with a retroactive effect on the day the entry is made in the Land and Mortgage Register.

With a direct debit, a loan installment will be automatically charged monthly from the account specified in the Agreement.

You should ensure that you have adequate funds on your account on the last working day preceding the due date of the installment.

If the amount of available funds is insufficient to cover the due amount, then the entire available balance on the account is transferred. The repayment attempt will be repeated every day until full payment is made, except on the first business day after the payment due date.

In case of arrears, contractual interest may be charged for a delay equal to twice the sum of the reference rate of the National Bank of Poland and 5.5 percentage points (twice the statutory interest for delay). Interest is calculated for each day of delay.

You can place an order/query through the Citibank Online electronic banking. To do this, log in to Citibank Online, select the Contact Us > My Messages > Compose.
In the form, select the subject Queries, fill in the fields and Send.
The list of instructions includes:

• partial repayment of the loan
• full repayment of the entire loan
• partial or full installment payment
• overpayment refund
• change of the maturity date of an installment.

You can make an early full/partial repayment by means of a transfer to the loan account number as shown in the Agreement or the Citibank Online electronic banking service. You can also place an order via the Citiphone helpline or in writing delivered by post or filed with a Bank branch no later than 3 working days before the planned partial/total repayment of the Loan, indicating: time limit for the order, account from which the funds are to be withdrawn and in the case of an earlier partial repayment of the principal also the amount of overpayment.
The repayment of the principal together with interest and other charges under this Agreement is considered to be the full repayment of the Loan.

The issue of fees for full/partial repayment is governed by individual terms specified in the Agreement. If applicable, a partial repayment fee is calculated on the amount of the loan principal to be repaid and charged by an appropriate reduction of the amount to be repaid, and the fee for total repayment is calculated on the amount of the principal remaining to be repaid.

To register at Citibank Online, visit the website https://www.online.citibank.pl/, select the Register button and enter the mortgage number. Then follow the information on the screen.

Documents regarding the insurance policy should be sent to the monitoring@citi.com.

To change the insurance company, send a copy of the new insurance policy and confirmation of payment of the annual fee.
