The scope of the Platinum Protection Plus insurance can be adjusted to individual needs. The Additional Insurance Program supports the home budget of the family and loved ones in the event of unforeseen random events, such as:

The Platinum Coverage Plus and the Additional Insurances Program — the Protection Plus Program are individual term life insurances (TUnŻ) of “WARTA” S.A. Details concerning the insurance, such as the rules of benefit payments, the limitation and waiver of liability of the Insurer are contained in the General Terms and Conditions of the Individual Term Life Insurance Platinum Coverage Plus, as well as in the General Terms and Conditions of the Additional Insurances Program — Protection Plus Program, available at the Citi Handlowy branches, as well as at www.warta.pl
An additional agreement within the scope of the Protection Plus Program is concluded on the basis of a separate application. The insured sum and premium by virtue of the additional insurances are determined individually.
The insurer may refuse to provide the benefits in the cases described in the General Terms and Conditions of the Individual Term Life Insurance Platinum Coverage Plus, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance Additional Insurances Program — Protection Plus Program, e.g. in the event that the insured person commits suicide within 2 years as of the date of the insurance agreement.
The Bank operates as an insurance agent performing agency activities for Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie WARTA S.A. entered in the register of insurance agents kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The Customer may check the registration of the Bank in this registry by way of submitting a respective application to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, in particular in writing or by phone. The Bank operates for many Insurers within the framework of the same insurance department — more information is available at the Bank, at the Customer’s request. The scope of Bank’s obligations includes in particular notifying Policyholders with respect to the terms and conditions of the insurance, as well as the rules of concluding the Agreement.
