Simple procedure – just choose the coverage variant, pay the first premium with the credit card issued by the Bank, and the subsequent premiums will be collected automatically.
An insurance contract shall be concluded for a one-year period of insurance and may be extended for any number of such one-year periods of insurance provided that the policyholder is not older than 75 years of age on the day the contract is extended.
WARTA Aktywni insurance contract can be concluded by Clients holding a Citi Handlowy credit card, aged 55-70. The following conditions have to be met to conclude the insurance contract:
  • submission of an application to conclude an insurance contract via means of remote communication during a phone call,
  • approval of the application by the insurer,
  • payment of the premium by the policyholder.
The first Premium is collected automatically by the Bank from the Client’s Credit Card account; the subsequent premiums can be paid in the same way as the first premium or individually by the Client to Warta’s account maintained at the Bank.
During the first 30 days of the insurance coverage, WARTA's responsibility in case of death due to any cause is limited to the amount of the premium paid.
The insurer’s responsibility begins on the day indicated in the insurance policy as the beginning of the insurance period.
The insurance policy confirming the conclusion of the insurance contract shall be delivered by post to the indicated address. The document contains all necessary information such as the date of signing the contract, insurance policy number, the scope of insurance policy, the sum insured, and the amount of insurance premium.
During the term of the insurance contract, it is possible to submit an instruction indicating an authorized person, to whom the benefit will be paid in the event of death of the insured person – the form is available on www.warta.pl.

In case of an event covered by the insurance, you need to submit an application for benefit payment. The form is available on www.warta.pl.
