Log on to Social Insurance Institution’s (ZUS)

• Log on to Citibank Online and select e-Administration from the side menu.
• Click on "Go to ZUS Electronic Services Portal."
• You will be taken to the ZUS Electronic Services Portal website.
• In the registration window, please provide your contact details such as your email address and, optionally, your mobile phone number.
• Read the Terms and Conditions of your new profile, accept the statement by clicking the statement checkbox and agree to the processing, gathering, copying, storing, preparation and deleting of your contact details (including your email address) by ZUS.
• Click "Next" to go to your profile login page. Your assigned username will be sent to your email address provided during registration.

• Log on to Citibank Online and select e-Administration from the side menu.
• Click the "Got to ZUS Electronic Services Portal" button.
• You will be taken to your ZUS Electronic Services Portal profile.

• Go to the ZUS website.
• Click "Log on" in the "ZUS Electronic Services Portal" window.
• On the "How would you like to log on" screen ,select "Online Banking. Log on through my bank".
• Click on the Citi Handlowy logo and make sure your connection is encrypted , i.e. the website’s URL begins with https:// and there is a padlock icon next to it. Once you are sure your connection is secure, log on to Citibank Online.

Using the e-Administration section in Citibank Online you can easily set up your ZUS Electronic Services Portal profile that will give you access to the services and information available on the ZUS website, including the Family 500+ benefit application form.

No. The bank only helps you set up your ZUS Electronic Services Portal profile without the need to visit ZUS, and later log on to the ZUS Electronic Services Portal by confirming your identity. The bank has no access to your information on the ZUS Electronic Services Portal.

• arrange a vist at a selected ZUS branch;
• contact ZUS via phone after successful authentication;

• access to your PIT issued by ZUS;
• access to information on your state pension/disability pension amount;
• access to information on allowances paid out by ZUS (sick, maternity, care allowance).
