Citi Payment Insights is a new solution, which will change your experience in payments and liquidity management. It enables an access to full information and gives control under outgoing and incoming payments on each stage, using a friendly panel from the level of electronic banking. Citi Payment Insights updates payment status and shows it with a visual tracking tool (tracker) in CitiDirect BE/ CitiConnect, making payments’ monitoring as simple as tracking courier package.

Citi Payment Insights gives much more than SWIFT gpi. Additionaly, Citi Payment Insights offers a possibility of:

tracking all the payments from the beginning to the end thanks to a truly global Citi network
using many additional functions, e.g. confirmation
tracking the status of expected incoming payments

What is worth knowing?
Citi Payment Insights is a part of electronic banking system CitiDirect BE and does not require a separate login. Thus, this functionality is available to all Clients using CitiDirect BE/ CitiConnect – without initial and monthly fee. Implementation forms are not required.
